Bookeye Planetary Book Scanners

Mono & Color (Flat / V-Shape Book Cradles) A3, A2 & A1 Manual-Flip & Simi-Auto Book Scanners

A product family designed specifically for self-service book scanning, newspaper and magazine archiving and challenging digitization projects. An innovative design and the experience of over 15 years in the manufacturing of overhead book scanners come together, making this family of products the right choice for your scanning needs.

Bookeye models are equipped with a V-shaped book cradle, a built in touchscreen and a preview screen to control the scanned images. The integrated PC with a fast GBit network connection enables using the Bookeye scanner as a standalone unit or an integrated part of any existing infrastructure – simple and straightforward.

Source documents can be scanned in folder mode, either lying flat or in the more gentle V-cradle position for highly sensitive historical books and other source documents. The V-shaped book cradle reduces the risk of damage to the spine and binding, making archiving and digitization a less invasive process.

FINE ART

SCANNER

WideTEK 36ART Fine Art Scanner – For Digitization of Works of Art

WideTEK® 36ART enables contact free scanning of works of fine art like oil and acrylic paintings, watercolors, charcoal and pastel drawings, mixed media collages and antique works of art; at 600dpi in formats up to 914 x 152 4mm / 36 x 60 inches. Optionally, a scan table extension of 700 mm (2 7.6 inches) can be purchased which allows originals up to a length of 222 4 mm (87.6 inches) to be scanned.

The WideTEK® 36A RT-600 was designed for archiving and reproduction of works of art. Museums can digitize their own collection for sale as a print or for publication on the internet or in catalogs. Reprography specialists can offer fine art digitization as a service, which has already proven to be a lucrative market.

Original artwork is moved under the CCD camera elements completely contact free, protecting the art from any damage and making it possible to scan a painting that is still wet, as long as it is framed or the sides are dry enough to place the artwork on the scanning bed.

WIDE-FORMAT

SCANNERS

WideTEK Wide-Format Scanners

A3 & A2 High-Speed Flatbed Scanners and 36, 44, 48 & 60 Inch Wide-Format Scanners

Image Access, the world leader in large format scanning technology with models now ranging from 36” to 60″ scanning widths with literary unlimited scan length. In addition, Image Access is the only manufacturer that has Duplex Wide-Format Scanner.

WideTEK scanners are by far the fastest color scanners on the market, running at up to 10 inches per second at 200 dpi in full color at the full width of the scanner and at 600 dpi resolution. In some models, the scanning speeds are tripled in black and white and greyscale modes.

All of these speeds are guaranteed, due to the Scan2Net® technology integrated in the scanner´s own built in 64 bit Linux PC and 16GB of memory. It is a true standalone system capable of scanning directly to FTP servers, hot folders, and USB drives, to cloud applications in the internet or copying to printers directly, without the need for an extra PC. WideTEK scanners has what it takes to run in a production environment 24/7, while still being among the lowest priced scanners of its size on the market.
