ABTec Solutions inks a Distribution Agreement with MiTAC

Edmonton, AB 2020 – MiTAC Information Technology Corp. (Taiwan, R.O.C.) has signed a partnership with ABTec Solutions, based in Edmonton, AB. The agreement focuses on marketing, sales, and support of the IDSmart BookShower Sterilizer in Canada.

The IDSmart BookShower uses UVC light to clean both the inside and outside of books. It removes bacteria such as E. coli and golden staph in only 30 seconds. This process also eliminates allergens and harmful particles without damaging the book.

The sterilizer uses UV-C rays at 253.7nm wavelength, proven to offer a 99.99% sterilization rate. It also removes dust and minute scraps using an internal filter during the cleaning cycle. Three books can be fully sterilized in just 30 seconds.
